This was a course project where we were to create a booklet discussing the history of paper, how paper is made, and the variety of printing finishes and the applications that can be done with paper. Because the booklet discusses the process of print production, I decided to name my project Design to Print.

For this project I was constricted to only using black and white. With my design style often including bold and colorful illustrations, I decided to take a more minimalistic approach and illustrated simple, sleek tree ring motif patterns that were applied throughout the booklet.
